EGREG
EGREG is our Grants Management and Monitoring web platform, a key to properly follow and apply necessary and correct rules to implement 3rd party monitoring according to Donors rules and procedures.
EGREG provides at your fingertips a smooth control system facilitating real-time remote follow-up and management of your Grants projects, thus, reducing un-necessary mobility costs related to project control and monitoring.
EGREG is currently in use by JCP srl and since Dec 2016 within its role as Fund Operator towards the monitoring and management of the EEA and Norway Global Fund for Youth Employment (Fund budget of approx. 65M€) and for Regional Cooperation (Fund budget of approx. 35M€). It is also in use since Dec 2019 as the monitoring and management platform for the EU funded Grants component of 4.0M€ budget within the Support to Social Protection Programme in Jordan by an EU MS Pillar Assessed International Cooperation Entity (Expertise France).
EGREG is the “ready-to-go” platform for all decentralised Authorities implementing EU funded programmes allowing for full compliance with article 4.2 (of the EC external aid Contracts Special Conditions) as an electronic system used by the contracting authority and the beneficiary(ies) for all stages of implementation including, inter alia, management of the contract (amendments and notifications), reporting (including reporting on results) and payments.
JCP has developed the additional electronic functionality applicable for works & supply contracts special conditions article 4.2 and services contracts special conditions article 2.2.
